Artificial Intelligence is quickly becoming a practical tool for Community Action Agencies and human service organizations. This introductory webinar will provide a grounded, non-technical overview of how conversational AI and automation are being used to support intake, scheduling, multilingual access, eligibility screening, and client communication — while still keeping people at the center of services. We will share real examples from agencies currently exploring these tools, lessons learned, and practical considerations for agencies that are just beginning to think about AI.
